Coffee and cacao is one of our favourite combinations and this frothy iced mocha is the perfect refreshing drink to enjoy all year round.
Ingredients
- 4 tsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
- 350ml any milk of your choice
- 2 shots espresso coffee
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Ice
Method
- Place the espresso, cacao powder and maple syrup in a blender and blend until combined and frothy.
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour the coffee mixture evenly between them.
- Top up with milk.
- Can also be enjoyed warm by heating in a saucepan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
