          Mango & Avocado Salad With Moringa Bar Bites

          Aduna Moringa Bar Salad

          Summer may be coming to an end but that doesn't mean we have to say goodbye to vibrant salads! This tasty combination pairs sweet, fruity notes with slightly earthy ones from the moringa bar, giving you bursts of flavour and varying textures with every mouthful. 

          Serves 1 

          Ingredients: 

          For the salad: 
          1/2 Aduna Moringa Energy Bar, chopped 
          1/4 avocado, sliced 
          1/4 mango, sliced  
          3 radishes, sliced
          seeds of 1/4 of a pomegranate 
          large handful mixed leaves (we used mixed chard & lambs lettuce) 
          1/4 cooked beetroot, grated

          For the dressing: 
          1/2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
          1/4 fresh lemon juice

          Method: 

          Assemble the salad starting with the mixed leaves as the base, then build on top with the rest of the ingredients. 

          To make the dressing, place the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together with a fork. Drizzle over the salad.
