          Moringa Aioli

          Aduna Moringa Aioli

          The perfect accompaniment to your burger and chips, this moringa aioli is a much healthier alternative to traditional ketchup or mayonnaise. Completely vegan, it's packed full of flavour with an added dose of moringa for extra nutrients. 

          Serves 3-4

          Ingredients:

          1 heaped tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          100g unsalted cashews, soaked overnight + drained
          4 tbsp water
          1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
          1 large garlic clove
          juice of 1 large lemon
          1/4 avocado
          salt + pepper to taste 

          Method:

          Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until a smooth consistency is reached. Serve with sweet potato fries.
