The soles of our feet are actually one of the best places on our body to draw out toxins. They are also one of the most hard working and often most neglected parts. This scrub is a simple way to treat our feet to some TLC.
Moringa - jam packed with antioxidants, skin-loving vitamins A and E and calcium to name a few. This superfood helps with cell repair and really softens and soothes the feet.
Epsom salts - magnesium sulphate which draws toxins from the body, they are also skin softening.
Coconut oil - a rich moisturiser and very nourishing to the skin. It is also antifungal and antibacterial.
Ingredients
1 tbsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1 tbsp raw coconut oil
1 tbsp epsom salts
Instructions
Mix together and apply to the soles of dry feet. Rub in gentle circular movements and massage to to help soften and remove any dry or hard skin. As the salts dissolve more you can start to massage over the entire foot.
Leave for a few minutes to soak in and then rinse with warm water. Follow by washing with shower gel or soap to remove the last traces of green! (It's best to use to a more organic, natural soap that is Sodium Lauryl Sulphate free).
*This scrub is green but it is easily removed but is best done over the bath or in the shower before using.
