Moringa Coconut Porridge

          Aduna Moringa Porridge

          We love getting our dose of greens in first thing in the morning, especially when it comes in the form of a comforting bowl of moringa coconut porridge. Simple and quick to make, this nourishing bowl of goodness is guaranteed to get you starting the day in a good mood. 

          Serves 2


          2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          1 cup oats
          1/2 cup coconut water
          1/2 cup oat milk
          2 tbsp agave syrup
          1 tbsp chia seeds, flaxseeds or other seeds (optional)

          To serve:
          pomegranate seeds
          kiwi berries


          Place all the ingredients except the moringa powder in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer the porridge for approx. 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 

          Once thickened, remove from the heat and stir in the moringa powder. Sprinkle with your toppings then pour into bowls to serve.
