No-Bake Brownie Bites

A simple and delicious way to get your Super Cacao fix, these no-bake brownie bites are the perfect afternoon or on-the-go snack. Packed full of nourishing and energising ingredients (and completely vegan), they're guaranteed to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 heaped tbsp nut or seed butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

Dry ingredients:

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the banana then add the rest of the wet ingredients and stir well until fully combined.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until everything is combined.
  5. Using an ice cream scoop, form balls of the mixture and place them on the lined baking tray.
  6. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
  7. Place the tray in the freezer to set for about an hour before serving.
  8. Store in the fridge or freezer.
