No-Bake Brownie Bites

A simple and delicious way to get your Super Cacao fix, these no-bake brownie bites are the perfect afternoon or on-the-go snack. Packed full of nourishing and energising ingredients (and completely vegan), they're guaranteed to satisfy your sweet cravings.



1 medium ripe banana
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 heaped tbsp nut or seed butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 cup Aduna Super Cacao Powder
1/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/8 tsp salt


Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Start by mixing the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mash the banana then add the rest of the wet ingredients and stir well until fully combined.

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until everything is combined, then using an ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of the mixture and place them on the lined baking tray.

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate before placing the tray in the freezer to set for about an hour before serving.

Store in the fridge or freezer.
