A simple and delicious way to get your Super Cacao fix, these no-bake brownie bites are the perfect afternoon or on-the-go snack. Packed full of nourishing and energising ingredients (and completely vegan), they're guaranteed to satisfy your sweet cravings.
Ingredients
Wet ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe banana
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 heaped tbsp nut or seed butter
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Dry ingredients:
- ¼ cup Aduna Super Cacao Powder
- ⅓ cup quick oats
- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- 1¼ cups desiccated coconut
- ⅛ tsp salt
Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, mash the banana then add the rest of the wet ingredients and stir well until fully combined.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until everything is combined.
- Using an ice cream scoop, form balls of the mixture and place them on the lined baking tray.
- Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
- Place the tray in the freezer to set for about an hour before serving.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
