These chocolate truffles can be used as an after meal treat or a quick chocolate fix! Free from refined sugar, grains & gluten but still deliciously smooth.
Ingredients:
30g Aduna Super Cacao Powder
100g almonds
100g cashews
50g peanut butter
50g almond butter
200g medjool dates
60g maple syrup
1 tsp cardamom
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder, to roll
Method:
Blend the first set of ingredients in a food processor until a soft ball has formed, adding more water to help if needed.
Roll the mixture into 32 equal sized balls and place on a lined tray. Once all the balls have been rolled, pop the remaining cacao in a bowl and lightly roll and dust each ball in cacao.
Place them back on the lined tray and keep in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
