Ingredients
100g dark chocolate, melted
4 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
5 tbsp milk of your choice (plant-based works perfectly)
2.5 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao, sieved
2 large ripe avocados (or 4 small ones)
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and silky. Add a splash more milk if needed to loosen the texture.
2. Spoon into small serving glasses or ramekins.
3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for the dreamiest texture.
