Healthy Chocolate Mousse
Need a quick and easy chocolate fix? This healthy chocolate mousse can be made in 5 minutes and eaten straight away! Perfect for a sweet snack or a dinner party dessert, it's packed with antioxidants as well as being vegan and refined sugar free. What's not to love?
10g Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
250ml tinned coconut cream or coconut milk (with 70% or more coconut solids)
25g raw honey
5g lucuma (optional)
Refrigerate the coconut cream/milk for six hours or more.
When you are ready to make the mousse, add all the ingredients to a bowl. Whisk for 3-5 minutes until light.
Spoon into teacups or ramekins and refrigerate until you need them (or eat straight away, if you like).
Serve with a sprinkling of cacao powder, cacao nibs, raspberries, or anything else that takes your fancy.
