- Antioxidants - are key for the body to defend itself from free radicals, helping to prevent damage and premature ageing. Super Cacao contains 100x antioxidants of blueberries, 6x antioxidants of goji berries.
- Flavanols - cacao flavanols support your heart health by increasing blood flow, this can help drain lymph nodes and clear up your complexion. Super Cacao contains 2x the flavanol of regular cacao powder.
Coffee - similarly to the effects it has on our minds and bodies, the caffeine in coffee helps to wake up the skin. It has a tightening effect which can help reduce cellulite. The granules help to exfoliate and nourish.
Coconut Sugar - helps to hydrate by drawing moisture to the skin. Sugar granules have more rounded edges than salt which makes for a gentle exfoliant, suitable for sensitive skin.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
2 tbsp ground coffee
Method:
Mix together all ingredients and store in a glass jar. Will keep for at least a month out of the shower.
Usage: Massage a couple of tablespoons into damp skin in a circular motion. Rinse well under a shower.
