Crunchy, chocolatey & crazily delicious! This easy recipe is perfect for getting the kids in the kitchen and requires minimal ingredients. Free from added sugar and made with nutrient-rich Super-Cacao, they're a healthier take on the family favourite Easter treat.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
85g coconut oil, melted
4 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
60g cornflakes (or any other filling of your choice!)
mini easter eggs
dried fruits and/or nuts
Method:
In a bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup and Super Cacao until smooth. Add the cornflakes and mix until well coated. Brush muffin cases with coconut oil (we used re-useable cases which don't need to be greased first). Evenly split the mixture between the cases, leaving a slight dip in the middle for your toppings.
Refrigerate for at least 25 mins before decorating with your favourite toppings.
