Aduna Competition Terms & Conditions
The promoter is:

All prizes are subject to availability, and Aduna reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary at the promoters' discretion.
The competition is open from Thursday 14th February 2019 and closes at 12:00 GMT on Thursday 28th February 2019. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date.
Entrants will be added to the Aduna & Barberyn Avuryeda Resorts newsletter lists if opted in. Entrants must confirm subscription before being entered into the prize draw.
Prize draws and competitions are only open to persons aged 18 years or over. Promoter employees are not eligible to enter.
The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
The Promoter will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
