Delivery & Returns


UK Standard Delivery

All orders are fulfilled and despatched from our own warehouse or Amazon as a second warehouse location. So your package may look a little different than usual and be delivered by Royal Mail, Amazon or a tracked courier service. All orders below £9.99 to UK destinations will incur a delivery fee of £5.00 (Standard Delivery) and orders between £10-34.99 will be charged £2.50. All orders above £35 are shipped free of charge. 

Please note that orders sent free of charge do not use tracking. Please choose the tracked option if your order is urgent.

Parcels are normally delivered 3-5 working days by Royal Mail and 1-3 days by Amazon. Courier services can take 2-4 working days.

If you need your parcel to arrive earlier, we can arrange Next Day Delivery at an additional charge. Please call us on 020 7100 4329 to arrange. We also offer a First Class Delivery.

International Delivery

All international orders over the value of £75 are eligible for free International Standard Delivery. Standard parcels are normally delivered up to 2 weeks after ordering. Please wait at least 30 days before contacting us regarding your delivery as some orders can take longer to arrive due to customs and delays. 

For any alternative shipping enquiries please contact us before placing your order. 

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail or Amazon unless stated otherwise. Please check your tracking information as due to Covid 19 restrictions, some parcels are being kept at post offices/postal stores waiting for customers to claim.

Orders sent to countries outside the UK are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis and may be subject to import duties and local taxes. Please check with your Customs Office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

Aduna Ltd accepts no responsibility for these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order. You will be contacted either by the delivery company or the local customs office if fees are applicable to your order.

You are responsible for collecting your parcel(s) from post offices/postal stores and any unclaimed parcels returned to us can be resent for an additional shipping fee. Alternatively, if you opt for a refund we would need to deduct shipping and admin fees from the order value.


High Value Orders

If your order is of a high value we may use an alternative tracked courier service. 

When will my order be posted?

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and at the latest, before the end of the next business day. 


We are passionate about the products we sell and the service we offer. It's important to us that you are equally happy with your Aduna products. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange the product or receive a refund, please email us at stating the reason for return. We will then supply you with a Returns Code which must be quoted when returning your goods. 

Please note that to qualify for an exchange or refund it is important that all goods must be unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Please re-package the parcel, including any delivery paperwork, using strong packaging and ensure that it is sealed securely. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and send it to us at the below address, being sure to request a proof of postage:

To exchange or refund your order, we must be notified within fourteen days of you receiving your products. Once you have notified us, you then have up to fourteen days to return your products. 

The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty. All returns incur a small admin fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please note you will only be refunded the cost of the products.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive the payment within 7 working days to the same payment method used to place the order. 

Damaged Goods

If the contents of the parcel arrive damaged and you wish to return them please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the goods to the address below and will be happy to replace them, including your return postage cost.

Cancelling an Order

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Once dispatched, you have up to fourteen days to return your product and to request a refund (please refer to the 'Returns' section above for more details). 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at and provide us with your name, address and order reference number. 

Lost Goods

Once an order has been placed we cannot make changes to a delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address or failure to collect an order being held at a collection office. If the order is returned to us we will redeliver at the cost of the customer or refund the order.

If you have not received your products after 30 days of placing your order please get in touch with us at If you are missing an item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.

We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.


All the prices on our website are in pounds sterling, including VAT where applicable. These prices apply to orders delivered within the UK.

Please note that orders outside the UK will not be charged VAT, however you may still need to pay your own country's customs fees and import duties.
