Shipping policy

UK Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse as soon as possible and a tracking link will be provided. All orders will be shipped by either EVRi or Royal Mail. Orders over £35 will be shipped using standard delivery within 2-3 working days free of charge, for all other orders the cost will be as below:

Standard Delivery (delivery within 2-3 working days) - £3.99
Express Delivery (order by 2pm for delivery within 1 working day) - £4.99

International Delivery

Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the latest courier rates. Orders will be dispatched from our UK warehouse as soon as possible and a tracking link will be provided. Most international orders will arrive within 5-7 working days, if you have any questions about when to expect delivery please contact our customer service team on info@aduna.com

Some international orders may be sent via Amazon fulfillment. You will receive tracking information for these shipments. 

Orders sent to countries outside the UK are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis and may be subject to import duties and local taxes. Please check with your Customs Office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

Aduna Ltd accepts no responsibility for these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order. You will be contacted either by the delivery company or the local customs office if fees are applicable to your order.

Other

You are responsible for collecting your parcel(s) from post offices/postal stores and any unclaimed parcels returned to us can be resent for an additional shipping fee. Alternatively, if you opt for a refund we would need to deduct shipping and admin fees from the order value.

When will my order be posted?

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and at the latest, before the end of the next business day. If you do not receive a tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order then please contact our customer service team on info@aduna.com
