Porridge is a winter staple here at Aduna Towers, so we like to keep it interesting with different toppings. This ultra-creamy version features avocado and moringa – two ingredients you might not expect to find in porridge but which give it a big nutrition boost. A drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of seeds round off this hearty bowlful perfectly.
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
- ¾ cup oats
- 1½ cups oat milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Chia or hemp seeds, to top
Method
- Add the oats and milk to a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Once the porridge has reached your desired thickness, pour it into two bowls and top with the sliced avocado, seeds and a drizzle of honey.
