Hibiscus Latte

A small but mighty switch up from your normal latte.

Brighten up your day and make this pink tangy latte, keeping you energised throughout the day and your skin glowing. A great summer take on the latte classic.

Ingredients

  • 100ml water
  • ½ tsp hibiscus powder
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • Ice cubes
  • For Creamy Hibiscus Layer
  • ¼ cup oat cream
  • 1 tsp hibiscus powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Mix the hibiscus powder with water and maple syrup or agave syrup.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour the hibiscus base over it, then top with oat milk.
  3. TOP TIP: If you have a milk frother at home, add the cold milk into your milk frother and froth on the cold setting until nicely whipped.
