Brighten up your day and make this pink tangy latte, keeping you energised throughout the day and your skin glowing. A great summer take on the latte classic.
Ingredients
- 100ml water
- ½ tsp hibiscus powder
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup oat milk
- Ice cubes
- For Creamy Hibiscus Layer
- ¼ cup oat cream
- 1 tsp hibiscus powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Mix the hibiscus powder with water and maple syrup or agave syrup.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the hibiscus base over it, then top with oat milk.
- TOP TIP: If you have a milk frother at home, add the cold milk into your milk frother and froth on the cold setting until nicely whipped.
