Hibiscus Latte

A small but mighty switch up from your normal latte.


Brighten up your day and make this pink tangy latte, keeping you energised throughout the day and your skin glowing. A great summer take on the latte classic. 

Ingredients

100ml water
½ tsp hibiscus powder
½ tbsp maple syrup
½ cup oat milk
Ice cubes
For Creamy Hibiscus Layer
¼ cup oat cream
1 tsp hibiscus powder 
1 tbsp maple syrup  

Method

1.Mix the hibiscus powder with water and maple syrup or agave syrup. 

2.Fill a glass with ice and pour the hibiscus base over it, then top with oat milk.

3.TOP TIP: If you have a milk frother at home, add the cold milk into your milk frother and froth on the cold setting until nicely whipped.
