          Moringa Probiotic Kefir Smoothie

          Aduna Moringa Kefir Smoothie

          This Moringa Kefir smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse that will set you up for your day ahead. It contains numerous benefits from being probiotic, gut soothing, veggie based, protein rich and skin loving! With all that goodness you will find it hard to turn it down! Did we mention you can even decorate it with edible flowers for that perfect Instagram shot!?

          Serves 1

          Ingredients:

          1 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          300ml coconut milk kefir
          small handful kale or spinach
          1/2 avocado
          1 banana
          1 tbsp collagen powder
          1 tbsp sunflower seeds
          1 tsp linseeds
          3 ice cubes 

          Method:

          Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with edible flowers and desiccated coconut.
