Meet Aduna Feel Good Triber Alana, more commonly known in the health world as Fodder + Plonk. She highlights that ill health is your body's way of telling you that something is out of balance and is on a mission to help people take control of their health by teaching them how to look after their gut. 

We caught up with Alana to find out more about her, her inspirations and her favourite super-ingredient: 

Describe yourself in a sentence...I'm creative, positive, deep thinking, drawn to warmth, I love to cook and I love to eat.

My love for food a child. I'm the middle of three girls and would spend most of my time in the kitchen with my mum or gran whilst the other two were out playing.

My idea of food heaven is...lots of choice. I love nothing more than a spread of dishes to pick at.

My Feel Good advice...sleep, hydrate, move, breathe and eat lots of veggies.  After you've got those down, the rest comes naturally.

I am inspired by...everything. When I create something, I go by my senses; I will be inspired by something I've smelt, tasted, touched or seen, where I was and how I felt at the time. I'll try to re-create that feeling.

Baobab, Moringa or Super-Cacao? Difficult one. A bit of a cheat answer but I'll go with Baobab in the warmer seasons and Moringa in the colder months. Super-Cacao is good at any time of year!
