Raspberry & Baobab Healthy Ice Cream

From al fresco dining to spontaneous showers, we're fully embracing British summertime, especially the excuse to cool down with frozen treats! One of our favourites is this delicious vegan ice cream created by our friends at Mindful Chef. The secret ingredient? Our nutrient-rich baobab powder, which gives this creamy dessert a tangy sherbet-like flavour, not to mention a whole host of health benefits. This simple recipe can be knocked up in minutes and will satisfy your sweet cravings all summer long.

Serves 4


1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
4 frozen bananas (peeled & cut into 3 pieces each before freezing)
2 handfuls of frozen raspberries
10 tbsp Rude Health Coconut Drink
1 tbsp maple syrup


Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well combined.

Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
