Moringa Chia Pudding with Mango & Baobab

This super quick and easy recipe is perfect for all those busy bees out there! Prepare the night before and store in a jar in the fridge ready to grab and go in the morning. Mango and baobab are full of energising, immune-boosting goodness, making them a great start to the day.

Serves 1


Moringa chia pudding:
1/2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1/2 cup nut milk or coconut water 
2 tbsp chia seeds

Mango & baobab purée:
1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1/2 mango


Stir together the chia pudding ingredients in a small bowl or jar and leave overnight in the fridge to thicken.

Blend together the mango & baobab powder and pour over the chia pudding.
