Ingredients
- 45g cup frozen mango
- ½ medium banana
- Juice of ½ small lime
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp baobab powder
- 200-300ml coconut water
- Desiccated coconut, to serve
Method
- Blend the frozen mango, banana, lime juice, coconut cream, baobab powder, and 200ml of coconut water until smooth.
- Add more coconut water as needed to reach your preferred consistency.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with coconut.
