Mango Smoothie

Brighten up your mornings with this tropical Mango and Baobab smoothie.

Fruity. Tropical. And perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 45g cup frozen mango
  • ½ medium banana
  • Juice of ½ small lime
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp baobab powder
  • 200-300ml coconut water
  • Desiccated coconut, to serve

Method

  1. Blend the frozen mango, banana, lime juice, coconut cream, baobab powder, and 200ml of coconut water until smooth.
  2. Add more coconut water as needed to reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with coconut.
