The primary focus of the Finance and Operations Intern is to support the Finance and Operations Manager in accounting, month end procedures and reporting, and by learning the whole cycle of the production process.
Key Projects and Responsibilities
- Process invoices
- Month end procedures: Bank reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation, depreciation, journal entries etc.
- Prepare Monthly Management Accounts
- Process orders
- Product costing
- Assist with specific projects
You need to be smart, confident and outgoing. This is a fast paced role where enthusiasm and attention to detail are essential. Ideally educated to degree-level, you’ll bring a can-do attitude to the role. You will have the opportunity to learn about the other areas of our business (marketing, sales, PR) if interested.

Key Terms and Conditions
- Based in London: working daily at Aduna HQ in Kennington Park
- Unpaid but with travel expenses paid within zones 1 and 2 (Central London only)
