Wholefood Warrior: Eva Humphries

Say hello to Aduna Feel Good Triber Eva Humphries. Eva is Nottingham's leading registered nutritional therapist and the brains behind Wholefood Warrior - a platform which aims to educate you on health and nutrition to encourage better lifestyle choices.

We caught up with Eva to find out more about her, her feel good advice and her favourite super-ingredient:

Describe yourself in a sentence...A nutritionist, foodie and adventurer.

My love for food began…My curiosity was ignited as a child whilst growing vegetables with my grandparents. Watching plants grow you don't just develop a sense of appreciation for nature but also learn to make the most of all the produce. Preserving vegetables and making jam with my grandmother form some of my fondest memories.

My idea of food heaven is...Cake! Maybe even just carrot cake. Yes, I am a nutritionist but we all need a treat every now and then.

My feel good advice...Life is about balance so when it comes to food, be kind to your body and stock up on nutrients as a priority.

I am inspired by...Organic growers, farmers and producers in this country. Their resilience and love for good food grown in a sympathetic manner are admirable.

Baobab, Moringa or Super-Cacao? Baobab - the taste, the nutrients, the feel good factor - so many boxes are ticked by this lovely superfruit powder.
