Baobab & Chocolate Overnight Oats with Raspberry Smoothie

          Can't decide between a smoothie or oats for breakfast? Have both! Chocolatey, fruity, creamy and filling, these colourful breakfast jars have it all.

          Serves 2


          Baobab-Chocolate Oats:

          1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
          2 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
          1/2 cup oats
          3/4 cup almond milk
          3 tbsp natural yogurt or any yogurt of your choice
          1 banana (mashed)
          2 medjool dates 
          1 tbsp agave / maple syrup (optional)

          Raspberry and vanilla smoothies:

          3 frozen bananas
          1/2 cup almond milk
          1 cup raspberries
          1 tsp vanilla extract 


          Handful of raspberries
          1 fresh fig
          1 tsp chia seeds
          Coconut flakes


          Mix together all the ingredients for the baobab-chocolate oats in a large jar and place in the fridge to thicken overnight. You can also divide the mixture between 2 smaller jars if you prefer. 

          In the morning, blend bananas, almond milk and baobab powder until smooth. Divide mixture into two parts (ratio 3:1). Add raspberries to the larger part of the mixture and blend until all the ingredients are well combined.

          Add the vanilla to the remaining smoothie and blend again. 

          Remove chocolate overnight oats from the fridge. Pour over the raspberry smoothie then the vanilla smoothie finish with your choice of toppings.
