Describe yourself in a sentence...I'm a traveller who loves food and a foodie who loves travel, so when I'm not in Cairo making smoothie bowls I pursue my life goal: to taste local eats from every single country on the planet.
My love for food began...quite late. In my third year of university I went to Argentina for a semester. It was only then that I really started to enjoy food in all its flavours, textures and ethnic varieties. Now I have lived in 5 continents, 8 countries and travelled to 60 - and my appetite is growing with every new place!
My idea of food heaven is...food that surprises and inspires. I don't have a favourite dish per se but I appreciate good, real food that comes from the heart as well as the hands.
My Feel Good tips...are simple yet super effective. I love to cuddle with my cats, exercise outside, eat food that tastes good and feels good. And did I mention that travelling makes me feel awesome?!
I’m inspired by...people who have a strong passion or follow their dreams.
Baobab or moringa? Baobab! Because of its sweet and delicious tangy flavour and positive contribution in African communities.
