We caught up with Jon to find out a bit more about him, his motivations and inspiration:
My love for food began...Watching Jamie Oliver on TV as a child. Watching him impersonate a blender was hilarious ("wazzy wazzy woo woo").
My idea of food heaven is...Steak tartare to start, a rack of lamb with sweet potato puree for main and a tub of Pip & Nut peanut butter for pudding!
My Feel Good advice...Stretch. Just 15 minutes two or three times a week (it can be done in front of the TV). It will improve your flexibility, blood circulation and will make you feel more energetic and improve concentration.
I am inspired by...Anyone that pushes their limits.
Baobab, Moringa or Super-Cacao? Well I do love anything chocolate flavoured so Super-Cacao is a close second but I think I have to go with Baobab because it is so versatile. I have it everyday in my porridge or smoothie.
