Live Cooking Demo with Stephanie Fitzpatrick at Whole Foods Richmond

Join Aduna at Whole Foods Richmond this Friday 20th February or next Friday 27th from 12-3pm in support of the Whole Planet Foundation. Aduna Feel Good Expert Stephanie Fitzpatrick, founder of The Health & Wellness Method, will be making some tasty baobab and moringa treats that are available for just £1 with all proceeds going to the Whole Planet Foundation.

Stephanie Fitzpatrick is a health and wellness expert who believes in encouraging honest, healthy and happy methods to nourish ourselves from the inside out. Creator of the "Health and Wellness Method", Stephanie is a certified nutritional health coach who is challenging the way we look and treat our wellbeing. She will be cooking some raw delights and answering any questions you may have for her. 

Whole Planet Foundation is a private, non-profit organisation established by Whole Foods Market as a way to give something back to those who have helped them succeed, while focusing on the persistent problem of world poverty and hunger. The Foundation provide grants to microfinance institutions in Asia, Africa, the Americas and the Middle East, who in turn develop and offer microenterprise loan programs, training and other financial services to the self-employed poor.
