          Moringa & Beetroot Hummus

          This moringa and beetroot dip is a great savoury snack option and goes perfectly with crudités, sweet potato chips and raw crackers. Jam-packed with antioxidants, fibre and vitamins and minerals to keep your body happy as well as your taste buds! 

          Makes 1 large bowlful - Serves 6


          1/2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
          250g cooked beetroot
          1 clove of garlic, minced
          2 tbsp tahini
          2 tsp ground cumin
          100ml extra virgin olive oil
          juice of 1 lemon
          salt and pepper to taste


          Add all the ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.

          Chill before serving.
