Baobab Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are an incredible way to start the day.  You can add whatever fruit you have on the counter or in the freezer and get a big hit of energising vitamins and minerals. This berrylicious combination gets some extra punch from baobab and protein-rich cashews. 

Serves 2


2 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/3 cup cashews (soaked and drained if you don't have a high-powered blender)
coconut water to blend (1/2 - 1 cup depending on desired thickness)


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

Pour into bowls and sprinkle with your favourite toppings (granola, berries, nut butter, etc.)
