Moringa & Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Mint chocolate chip ice cream is a favourite for a reason so discovering a way to make a healthier version was a dream come true! Moringa ups the nutrition stakes in this easy, dairy-free dessert as well as boosting the minty green colour.

1-2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
2 frozen bananas (peeled, sliced and frozen)
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
1/2 avocado
small handful fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp natural sweetener (optional)

raw cacao nibs
chopped raw or dark chocolate


Blend frozen bananas and coconut milk in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add avocado, moringa, mint and sweetener (if using) and blend again. 

Pour into a container and fold in raw cacao nibs or chopped raw chocolate.

Freeze until set then scoop into bowls or eat straight away for soft-serve style ice cream.
