Raw White Chocolate with Baobab
White chocolate is often a favourite among little ones but this version is perfect for grown ups too! Sweet, creamy and with a lovely fruity twist, you'd never know it was dairy-free and completely raw.
1 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 cup melted raw cacao butter (about 8 oz)
1 cup raw cashew butter
4 to 5 tbsp raw honey or agave nectar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Melt the cacao butter over the lowest heat possible.
Add to a blender along with the raw cashew butter, baobab, honey/agave and vanilla and blend until smooth.
Pour liquid white chocolate into chocolate or ice cube molds (get creative!).
Freeze for around 30 minutes or until solid then pop out of molds.
Enjoy! (Store in the fridge or freezer)
