Baobab Blueberry Porridge


Take some time for yourself in the morning and start the day the healthy and delicious way! This tasty recipe proves that eating well doesn't have to be difficult or time-consuming. Porridge is also a great breakfast for sustained energy - especially with all these added goodies! 


2-3 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cups brown rice milk/oat milk/almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon cashew butter


Add the oats, milk and blueberries to a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Reduce heat and simmer porridge for approx. 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 

Stir in the cashew butter and baobab powder and pour into a bowl to serve.
