Moringa & Avocado Hummus
Who doesn't love hummus? We love the creamy richness a dollop brings to any dish, and the fact that it's so full of nourishing goodness! This easy, homemade version includes avocado and moringa for extra creaminess and green power.
1 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1 can (400g) chickpeas
juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
generous pinch of salt
Add the avocado, lemon and olive oil to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the chickpeas, moringa, cumin and salt and pepepr and blend again. You may have to stop the blender and scrape down the sides several times to get everything well blended.
Check for seasoning, spoon into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
