
Moringa & Mango Energy Balls
Chocolate energy balls are always a hit but we like to keep our taste buds excited and mix up our snacks! These moringa and mango bites are sweet and chewy - the perfect little pick-me-up to tide you over between meals!
Makes approx. 12
Ingredients:
1/3-1 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
2 cups cashews
1/2 cup dried mango
1 cup Medjool dates
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Method:
Add the cashews to your blender and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add the dried mango, dates and moringa powder and process again until the mixture starts to come together.
Roll the mixture into approx. a dozen balls (or more) then roll in the desiccated coconut and store in an airtight container.
