Chocolate, Cinnamon & Moringa No-Bake Cookies

Sometimes you just need something sweet and the thought of waiting for the oven to warm up and for your goodies to bake is too much to handle! These chocolate and cinnamon cookies are fudgey and indulgent-tasting, can be whipped up in minutes and are secretly healthy! 

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1/4 cup Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
1 1/2 cups cashews
1/2 cup oats
2 cups Medjool dates
1 tbsp cinnamon

Method:

Add the cashews and oats to a blender or food processor and blend until a coarse, flour-like texture. 

Add the cacao, cinnamon, moringa and pitted dates and process again until the mixture starts to form a "dough". 

Divide the mixture into 12, roll each into a ball before flattening into a cookie shape (you can also leave out this step and enjoy them as energy balls). Store in the fridge.
