Moringa Guacamole

Sometimes the guacamole you buy is little more than smashed avocado in disguise but we like to fancy ours up with lots of zingy flavour, heat and extra veggie goodness! Adding moringa powder brings an additional hit of vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre and antioxidants. 

Serves 4

Ingredients:

½ tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1 large ripe tomato
, roughly chopped
2 ripe avocados

juice of 1 lime

handful of coriander, finely chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

1 chilli, red or green, de-seeded and finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Leave the avocado a little bit chunky.

Season well and serve immediately for the best flavour.
