          Moringa & Matcha Bliss Balls

          Bliss balls are the perfect healthy snack for busy lifestyles. Prep a batch on a Sunday and store in the fridge for a satisfying sweet bite whenever you need an energy boost during the week. These little bites are also packed with superfoods - containing moringa, matcha, acai and lucuma - so you'll be bouncing off the walls after just a couple! 

          Makes approx. 16


          1 tbsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          1 tbsp pure matcha powder 
          2 tbsp acai powder
          2 tbsp lucuma powder

          1 cup dates 
          1/2 cup almonds (ideally soaked overnight)
          1/2 cup sunflower seeds (ideally soaked overnight)
          1 cup desiccated coconut


          Add the dates, almonds, sunflower seeds and desiccated coconut to a food processor and blend until the mixture begins to stick together.

          Add the moringa and matcha and blend again until the mixture is well combined and starting to form a sticky consistency. The mixture should easily hold together when pinched between your finger and thumb. 

          Roll the mixture into even-sized balls and set aside.

          Mix together the acai and lucuma powders in a clean bowl. Finish your balls by rolling each one in the powder mixture.
