Moringa & Cacao Cookies

If you've got a sweet tooth, you're going to love these delicious cookies packed with moringa miracles. Not only are they fun to make, it's also a great, healthy treat for the entire family! 


Serves 10-15

1 tbsp Aduna Moringa Superleaf Powder 
2 tsp vanilla essence
140 wholemeal rice flour
100g sugar cane
4tbsp of cocoa powder
75ml gluten free vegetable milk
50ml coconut oil
3tbsp olive oil
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
cocoa nibs


Thoroughly blend all dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, cocoa, moringa, baking powder and salt) and then add the vegetable milk and vanilla aroma.
Mix well.
Add both oils and mix again.
On an oven tray lined with parchment paper place some individual spoonfuls of our mixture, leaving a separation between each of them, and decorate to suit your taste (I have used cocoa nibs). The mixture will give you around 10 large cookies.
Bake for 30mins at 180°C and leave them to cool down.

Note: I have intended to give those cookies a crunchy texture. But if you want them chewier, only bake them for 20mins. In both cases let them cool down completely outside the oven.
