          Baobab Citrus Smoothie

          How incredible does this citrus smoothie look? The combination of baobab and citrus fruits not only tastes amazing but also gives the body a mega dose of all-natural vitamin C. This helps to detoxify the body, fight stress and also has anti-inflammatory properties. So start your day with a super-food high!

          Serves 1

          Ingredients:

          1 lemon
          1 orange
          1/4 grapefruit
          piece of ginger
          small piece of turmeric
          100ml water
          1 tsp bee pollen
          1 tsp honey - if not sweet enough

          Method:

          Peel the fruit and put it into a blender along with the other ingredients. Blend until smoothie and fluffy.
