Moringa Mojito Ice Lollies

These healthy homemade ice lollies are the perfect way to cool off this summer. The mint and lime makes them zingy and ultra refreshing, and the added moringa superleaf powder gives you an extra hit of green goodness! 

Makes 4


1 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1 apple, sliced and core removed
1/2 cucumber, peeled (approx 6")
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp agave nectar or your favourite liquid sweetener (optional)
large handful of fresh mint leaves
1 cup (240ml) Coconut water


Blend together all the ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust if necessary.
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
