Mango, Baobab & Lime Banana Ice Cream

          This totally tropical ice cream makes a lovely, refreshing end to a summer lunch. It's made entirely from fruit and free from refined sugar so it makes a great sweet treat for any time of the day. Top with berries, granola and/or nuts and seeds and you've got one delicious breakfast! 

          Serves 1


          2 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
          2 frozen bananas 
          juice of 1 lime
          1/2 frozen mango
          splash of coconut water



          Add all of your ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on a medium speed until smooth - you may have to stop and stir a couple of times to ensure it's all evenly blended. Add more liquid if needed.

          Once it has reached your desired consistency, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with your favourite toppings (pictured: granola, raspberries, pumpkin and hemp seeds)
