Banana Ice Cream with Cacao Bar Chunks

Who can resist healthy ice cream that can be whipped up in minutes?! Completely dairy free, this recipe is perfect for when you are craving a refreshing sweet treat after meals or on a hot day. Subtly spiced and with a smooth and creamy texture from the cashews, the cacao bar is the perfect addition for your very own chewy choc chunks! 

Serves 2


1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 Aduna Cacao Energy Bar 
3 bananas, sliced and frozen 
3 tbsp cashew milk
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1 cardamon clove, peeled and crushed 


Place all the ingredients except the cacao bar in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl. 

Chop up the cacao bar into small chunks and stir them into the ice cream. Place the ice cream in the freezer to set, or serve straight away.
