Baobab "Gorilla Milk"

If you just can't get on board with drinking green juice, this is the recipe for you! Our favourite green juice gets blended up with naturally sweet nut milk and our Baobab superfruit to make a light and refreshing snack that's packed with goodness. A hit with kids and adults alike!

Ingredients:

Gorilla Milk:
2 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
150ml green juice (see recipe below)
150ml nut milk - we like homemade or Coconut/Almond Milk from Rude Health

Green Juice:
1/2 cucumber, organic
1 or 2 celery stalks
4 lettuce leaves 
1 lemon or lime
1 cm ginger, peeled
1 green apple (optional)

Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
