Purple Power Smoothie Bowl

This is certainly not your average smoothie bowl! Brimming with a variety of nourishing fruit and vegetables, this beautiful creation by Aduna Feel Good Triber Angela will inspire you to try something different in your morning smoothie. Eating the rainbow has never tasted so good! 

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
handful purple kale
2-3 chicory leaves
small handful red cabbage
1 stick celery
3” piece of courgette
1/4 ripe avocado
1/2 small ripe banana
handful frozen blueberries
1” piece fresh lemongrass
1 tbsp lingonberry powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut milk

To serve:
matcha drizzle (1 tbsp cashew butter mixed with juice of 1/4 lime and 1/4 tsp matcha powder)
physalis
grapes
edible flower petals

Method: 

Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adjusting the coconut milk to preferred texture.

Decant into bowl and add toppings (or top with fresh fruits, seeds etc of your choice); or simply drink straight from a glass.
