Morning-Boost Baobab Smoothie
Many of us are regular green smoothie drinkers but have you tried other non-green vegetables in your morning smoothies? Aduna Triber Natalia adds carrots to this nutritious blend for a whole load of extra fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Combined with strawberries, orange, oats, almond milk and our #feelgoodfruit powder, this is one vibrant way to start the day!
Serves 1 large / 2 small glasses
1 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
2 small carrots
4-5 large strawberries
1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder (optional)
1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)
pinch of turmeric
squeeze of lemon juice
millet puffs/extra berries for topping (optional)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a jar/ glass and top with millet puffs, strawberries and raspberries if you'd like.
