          Super-Cacao, Banana & Almond Butter Houmous

          Aduna Super-Cacao Hummus Recipe

          The Aduna Feel Good Team are all huge houmous fans but none of us had tried a sweet version before! We love this creative idea from Aduna Triber Elisa combining all our favourites - chickpeas, almond butter, bananas and of course Super-Cacao. This protein-packed recipe is a great post-workout snack or breakfast too - Try it spread on your favourite bread or as a dip for crunchy apple slices. Yum!

          Ingredients:

          2 heaped tsp of Aduna Super-Cacao Powder 
          1 cup cooked chickpeas 
          2 heaped tbsp of almond butter
          2 very ripe bananas (make sure they are nice and spotty)
          1/2 tsp cinnamon
          2 tbsp date nectar (you can also use honey or maple syrup) 
          1/2 cup almond milk 

          Method:

          Simply place all the ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 

          Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for 4-5 days.
