          Baobab Bircher Muesli

          This healthy baobab Bircher muesli is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast. 5 minutes of preparation the night before and in the morning you've got a tasty, energising breakfast that you can take to work or eat at home.

          Ingredients:

          2 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
          1 cup oats, rolled
          1/4 cup Medjool dates, roughly chopped
          1 cup hot water

            Toppings:

            dried mulberries
            raspberries
            cacao nibs
            bee pollen

              Method:

              Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. 

              Add the hot water to the dry ingredients and stir well.

              Leave to soak for a couple of hours or overnight in the fridge.

              Sprinkle with your choice of toppings and serve.

              Enjoy!
