
Moringa & Pistachio Chocolate Truffles
If you're searching for an after-dinner treat that doesn't do too much damage...these Moringa & Pistachio Chocolate Truffles are exactly that! With a hint of orange and packed with roasted pistachios, they're a grown up dessert that will definitely hit that sweet spot.
Makes 12
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1/4 cup Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
1 1/2 cups roasted pistachios
2 cups Medjool dates
1/2 tsp orange essence
2 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
Add the roasted pistachios to a blender or food processor and process until a flour-like consistency.
Add all the other ingredients and process again until a chocolatey dough.
Roll the mixture into balls and coat with more chopped pistachios.
Store in the fridge.
